Kingdom Holdings Limited successfully convened its 2025 Annual Work Conference and the 64th General Manager’s Office Meeting at Yangcheng Lake, Suzhou on December 31, 2025. A total of 36 middle and senior management personnel of the company attended the conference.

Centering on the 2026 annual strategic plan and core operational objectives, the conference issued the 2026 Strategic Map of the Company, clarified key business indicators as well as performance targets of all departments and subsidiaries. Project managers of each subsidiary and the Director of the Production Center of the Holding Headquarters delivered reports on monthly operation status and progress of special work respectively.

At the meeting, Mr. Ren Weiming, Chairman of the Board of Directors, delivered an important speech, mapping out the direction and clarifying the path for the company’s development in this crucial year. The speech focused on two core aspects:

1. Deepen the Main Business Strategy and Drive Dual-wheel Upgrading

Chairman Ren emphasized that the company will continue to deepen its roots in the linen main business and consolidate its leading position in global manufacturing and scale advantages. Meanwhile, it will promote the transformation of business competition from price-oriented to brand value-oriented, striving to build new competitive advantages centered on brands. Going forward, the company will further increase R&D investment to systematically enhance its innovation capability.

2. Optimize Organizational Efficiency and Consolidate the Talent Foundation

Faced with the new strategic goals, Chairman Ren pointed out that the company should continuously advance organizational flattening reform to improve management efficiency. He required managers at all levels to attach great importance to the construction of the talent system, strengthen the systematicness of talent selection, cultivation, employment and motivation. He stressed that special attention should be paid to building a professional and younger team for key positions, so as to provide solid talent support for the company’s sustainable development.

The conference called on the entire management team to unify their thinking and build consensus. Using this conference as a springboard, the team is poised to steadily advance the various strategic tasks for 2026, and jointly propel Kingdom Holdings toward taking new strides and opening up new prospects on the road of high-quality development.
