On the afternoon of February 27, 2026, the 2026 Annual Working Conference and Advanced Commendation Congress of Kingdom Holdings was held in Jiaxing. A total of 134 management personnel from the headquarters and all its subsidiaries attended the conference.

In 2026, the company will take global development as the core, supported by digital transformation and talent training, and focus on four strategic directions to advance its work: first, renew the brand culture, deepen the layout of high-end brands, drive the transformation of business model to value competition, integrate the ESG concept, and strengthen brand culture construction and industrial influence; second, improve quality through refined management, upgrade core production processes, implement full-process standardized management, deepen supply chain cooperation, and promote cost reduction and efficiency improvement; third, build a talent echelon, optimize the talent structure, improve the training and incentive system, strengthen the construction of core positions, and activate organizational vitality; fourth, empower development through digital transformation, build an intelligent group management platform, deepen the application and data integration of business systems, break down information barriers, construct a data security protection system, and improve management efficiency through digitalization.

Regarding the company’s core strategies, Chairman Ren Weiming emphasized two points: first, adhere to high-end manufacturing, focus on the core yarn business, uphold the philosophy of “Pursuing perfection in simple things”, and deepen the development of core businesses; relying on the development opportunities of the domestic linen consumer market and combining the supply chain experience of Kingdom Textile (Shanghai) LTD, expand into the linen fabric sector, realize the transformation from trade to brand, and create greater value for customers. Second, advance the global layout, the factories in Ethiopia and Egypt are under steady construction, the joint venture factory in Portugal is about to be put into production, and the cost leadership and internationalization strategies have achieved remarkable results.

In terms of quality improvement, Chairman Ren Weiming pointed out that the gap in core competitiveness lies in people’s sense of responsibility and the ability to implement standardization. In the future, the company will promote the integration of process management and data accumulation, and advance the construction of standardization. He emphasized the importance of building a team of team leaders, requiring the improvement of their management efficiency to consolidate the grassroots foundation for the high-quality development of the enterprise.
