Building a more inclusive world
We proactively participate in community and charity works. The philosophy of bringing corporate valie into play and giving back to society is realized through, regular donations to underprivaliged families and continuous support to national education. Kingdom has spent around 25 million RMB so far on various community works.
8 ACTIONS FOR A BETTER WORLD
01 Access to education
Kingdom established the Hope Primary School and created the Kingdom Love Foundation providing and supporting 500+ children's education.
02 Poverty reduction
To share Kingdon's success for the benefit of many, Kingdom brings advanced staff management and training system to Ethiopia. opened its fifth mill in Ethiopia, providing over 1,000 jobs for local people. In the team, 75%+ of the staff are Ethiopian; in the management of Kingdom Ethiopia, female staff account for 50%+.
03 Responsible produrement
We implement the rule of fair trade, fully transparent environmental practices, social responsibility, and corporate governance assessments for Kingdom's supplies.

04 Inclusion and diversity
In Kingdom, every employee enjoys equal opportunities for development and career advancement. Regardless of gender, ethnicity and cultural background, every employee's unique personality will be respected. The total number of female employees accounts for 63% of the total number.

We provide diverse training to workers from all different levels. Improving education and prefessional opportunities for all, helping people from economically underdeveloped areas to achieve a better life.

We have developed highest quality and efficient cultivation standards and provided farmers with sustainable training.
07 Kingdom Forest Plan
Near our factories, over 10,000 trees have been planted and the local terrain has been developed.
