On the morning of July 28th, the 2025 Half-Year Work Conference of Kingdom Holdings Limited was held at the Qingdao Haitian Hotel. Eighty-three middle and senior management personnel and representatives of outstanding managers attended the conference.

At the meeting, all subsidiaries and business divisions reported on their half-year work progress, demonstrating the solid and pragmatic advancement of all work initiatives in the first half of the year. Subsequently, Zhou Zhihao, Project Manager of Heilongjiang Kingdom Enterprise Co., Ltd., shared his reflections and insights on the development of standardization, management concepts and future prospects, and put forward exploratory thoughts on embracing innovation and intelligent transformation.

Zhang Hongwen, Executive Director of the Board of Directors of Kingdom Holdings Limited, reviewed the Company’s half-year performance and clarified the direction for the follow-up work.

Combined with the work reports delivered at the conference, Ren Weiming, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Kingdom Holdings Limited, affirmed the achievements made and pointed out the areas for further improvement, while analyzing the recent changes in the global linen market. He emphasized that data collection and intelligent analysis have become increasingly essential to the sustainable development of the enterprise. As a leading enterprise and a pacesetter in innovation in the global linen manufacturing sector, the Chairman reaffirmed the Company’s core philosophy of Honor the Tradition, Embrace Innovation: we shall uphold the craftsmanship of traditional wet-process flax spinning, fully advance the upgrading and application of the proprietary “Kingdom Spinning” technology, and consolidate our prominent position in the industry.

For the Company’s future development, the Chairman specified three core strategies, namely Strive for Upward Advancement, Pursue Global Expansion and Foster Internal Cohesion. In terms of internal management, we will advance the development of institutionalization, standardization, proceduralization, digitalization and intellectualization, commit to maintaining Kingdom’s technological prowess at the forefront of the global linen industry, and build a benchmark for sustainable solutions across the global linen sector. In the aspect of global expansion, we will further develop international business, stay committed to global manufacturing, integrate global resources, build a more resilient manufacturing network, and deepen our penetration into the global market. In respect of employee development, we will adhere to the people-oriented principle, enhance employee satisfaction, optimize incentive mechanisms and working environments, and consolidate the foundation of a global talent pool.
